Update on situation with measles in Ukraine, 13 April 2012

According the Ministry of Health of Ukraine there were 7,481 cases of measles reported from the beginning of the year as of 13 April 2012.

95 cases were reported in the last day, most of these cases occurred in western regions of Ukraine: 24 in Zakarpattia oblast; 18 in Lviv oblast; 17 in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast; 14 in Ternopil oblast; 13 in Volyn oblast and 3 in Rivne oblast. Two suspected cases of measles were reported in Kiev.
